Assist in research by signing up for studies on the PBS Experiment Management System ( To view studies that are actively recruiting participants, you first need to register for an account. You can register for one of the following account types:

If you are a student in psychology or neuroscience courses and and wish to participate to earn t-points, go to the sign-up page ( and enter your **full** Dartmouth email handle, including the class year for your user ID (e.g., John.M.Doe.17) . Also, be sure to indicate which course you're currently taking.If you wish to participate in studies that provide monetary compensation, go to the sign-up page ( and please **scroll down** in the course selection box until you see "SIGN-UP (NO COURSE)"  Select that option and proceed to request your account.

After you request an account, you should receive an email with your login credentials. Refer to this link for a video tutorial explaining how to navigate the experiment management system and sign up for studies:

All experiments are approved by the Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects (603) 646-3053. CPHS approval number is listed with each project. Benefits of participation can include: raffles, prizes, hourly pay, or gift certificates, and gratitude for volunteers! Browse the list below and decide if you would like to participate!
